Want a more dramatic effect, pair your comforter with a quilt that has a different pattern on top. Oversized throws with a floral print will have you cozy and warm. And why stop there! Having a plethora of pillows will give you just the look you're searching for. Don't be shy to mix up colors, patterns and sizes.

Flooring in the bedroom can be kind of boring. That is why having a collection of rugs will make things way more interesting. I know you're thinking how can I make my bedroom look like the cover of a Pottery Barn catalog. I thought the same way, but you can if you follow these design tips. Try putting a large rug under you bed with some smaller scatter rugs overlapping it. It will give the room a rustic chic vibe.

Sage and oregano are two of my favs. Having green plants and foliage brings the outdoors in, it is truly marvelous to look at.
